4 hours sleep will not do.

I got a call from my boy child tonight which made me feel good. I talk to my kids lots on the phone but its me that does the calling. I'm not sure why its nice to be the callee rather than the caller (especially seeing as we just discussed the same stuff) but whatever the reason it feels good.

eek just remembered I've not booked my hols for the big scottish walk. gonna go do it
